Purchased & Managed all elements of changes to the house through planning in order to change the layout to make the property look like a multi million pound asset with high specification finish. Hired in house 3D interior designers to spec the house properly.

Brief

To design and build 10 one and two bedroom apartments and sell off.

  • Came with planning and I had to sort the structural reports and tendering

  • To source suitable contractors, obtain pricing and agree contracts.

  • To Project Manage the entire building process through to completion.

Situation

Property was bought off market as a office from a law company in slough. It came with no planning and we saw a potential when sourcing this to convert it into flats. We did a pre app and it was positive to add an extension to the side to make it L shape building

Industrial unit was bought under a new SPV: company number: 14335057 – 1 the pavillion Limited.
